Arcadis, a prominent global design and consultancy firm specializing in natural and built assets, today announced the successful completion of bp’s (NYSE: BP) latest high-speed EV charging station at the company’s North American headquarters in Houston, Texas.
This new bp pulse facility marks the first bp pulse branded Gigahub™ in the US for their expanding EV charging network.
Advanced Charging Infrastructure
Arcadis oversaw the program and construction management for the installation of 24 high-speed charge points at bp’s Houston campus. The site features twelve Tritium 150kW DC fast chargers, configured to accommodate any electric vehicle model.
The design also includes provisions for future expansion, potentially incorporating parking canopies with solar panels, additional chargers, restrooms, a lounge, and a convenience store.

Sujay Sharma, CEO of bp pulse Americas, highlighted the opening of the first bp pulse Gigahub as a significant milestone in the company’s strategy to establish a nationwide EV charging network.

Launch at CERAWeek
