Dubai Police Signs MoU with Radio Holland to Enhance Smart Boat Project

Dubai Police has taken a significant step forward in advancing its Smart Boat Project (Haddad) by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Radio Holland-Middle East.

This agreement aims to enhance cooperation and coordination in the areas of scientific and technological advancements, specifically targeting the development of smart systems for the Smart Boat Project.

The MoU was formally signed by Major General Dr. Saleh Abdulla Murad, Director of the General Department of Human Resources for Dubai Police, and Patrick Campagnoli, Business Director for Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Radio Holland Middle East.

The signing ceremony was attended by several key officials from both organizations, highlighting the importance of this collaboration.

This collaboration is a crucial part of the ongoing efforts to develop intelligent systems for the Dubai Police Smart Boat Project (Haddad).

The primary goals of this project include enhancing the security coverage of water areas, promoting the intelligent transformation of security operations, reducing the operational and maintenance costs of security boats, and improving response times and databases through comprehensive field surveys.

Major General Dr. Saleh Abdulla Murad emphasized the importance of this collaboration by stating, “Dubai Police is committed to enhancing work systems through partnerships with various entities.

This reflects our pioneering role in fostering effective communication to exchange expertise, knowledge, and best practices.”

He further added that these efforts are directed towards improving performance levels and achieving the strategic objectives of Dubai Police, ensuring the safety and security of the community.

Patrick Campagnoli expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “Through this collaboration with Dubai Police, Radio Holland Middle East aims to contribute to one of the most ambitious security projects globally and help realize Dubai Police’s future vision.”

The MoU outlines several areas of cooperation between Dubai Police and Radio Holland Middle East.

These include practical and technological collaboration, exchange of knowledge, development and innovation in joint projects and research, system operations, training, and staff development.
