EiDF Solar has secured all necessary permits to initiate the development of a 50 MW photovoltaic solar farm in Valdefresno, León, Spain.
The project, requiring an investment nearing €40 million, marks a significant step for the company.
Project Details
The solar farm will cover 149 hectares of land and feature over 99,000 TIER 1 photovoltaic modules, spanning a generating surface area exceeding 140,000 m2. Construction is slated to commence in 2025, with completion expected within seven months. The energy generated will primarily supply EiDF’s distribution networks.
