MG Developments has entered into a partnership with Infinity, a prominent renewable energy company and electric vehicle (EV) charging provider, to establish and manage electric car charging stations.

Aya El Shenawy, the Commercial Manager and Board Member at MG Developments, revealed that the agreement encompasses the setup and operation of EV charging stations across several key projects.
These include Lavida, New Heliopolis, and Blue Blue in Ain Sokhna, as well as HQ Mall in the Fifth Settlement. This effort underscores the company’s commitment to integrating world-class infrastructure into its developments.

Among these, the Blue Blue project in Ain Sokhna is a notable residential and tourist destination covering 120,000 square meters, which is being completed in five phases. The fifth phase of the Savoy project is 85% complete.
The Lavida project, consisting of 550 units, has been fully delivered and is ready for occupancy. Additionally, the HQ Mall, a mixed-use commercial and administrative space on North 90th Street in New Cairo, is making significant progress.
