As of the end of June 2024, the Nordex Group has received orders for 17 wind energy projects, totaling 245 MW in capacity, from its key markets in France and Turkey.
French Orders
The Nordex Group will provide 35 wind turbines in the 3 MW and 4 MW classes for nine projects located in France. These turbines are expected to contribute significantly to France’s growing renewable energy capacity.
Turkish Orders
In Turkey, customers have placed orders for nine N163/6.X turbines, along with nine additional turbines in the 4 MW and 5 MW classes. These turbines will be deployed across eight projects with a combined capacity of 113 MW.
Service Agreements Included
The orders encompass not only the supply and installation of the turbines but also service agreements for varying durations. These agreements will ensure the optimal performance and maintenance of the turbines after they are commissioned in late 2024 and throughout 2025.
This successful order intake from France and Turkey further solidifies the Nordex Group’s position as a leading player in the global wind energy market.
