The company has also unveiled its new executive team and announced a Capital Markets Day on August 29, 2024.

The newly formed executive team at TGS combines the strengths of both companies, bringing together a diverse range of experience and perspectives. The team includes:

  • Kristian Johansen, CEO (Houston): With extensive leadership and industry knowledge, Kristian will continue to spearhead TGS’s strategic initiatives.
  • Sven Borre Larsen, CFO (Oslo): Leveraging over 20 years of financial management experience in the energy sector, Sven will oversee financial strategies for market leadership and sustainable growth.
  • Rob Adams, EVP Operations (Oslo): Rob’s 25+ years of experience in the seismic industry will be instrumental in overseeing project delivery and operational excellence for offshore operations and data acquisition technologies.
  • Whitney Eaton, EVP Sustainability and Communication (Houston): Whitney will continue to drive TGS’s sustainability and communication strategies, leading the marketing, sustainability, and compliance teams.
  • Wadii El Karkouri, EVP Imaging and Technology (Houston): Wadii’s 25+ years of leadership experience in energy and technology will drive innovation in seismic processing, data analytics, and digitalization.
  • David Hajovsky, EVP Multi-client (Houston): With over 15 years in the energy sector, David will oversee TGS’s global multi-client strategies and initiatives.
  • Carel Hooijkaas, EVP New Energy Solutions (Houston): Carel will lead TGS’s New Energy Solutions, including wind, solar, CCS, 4C Offshore, and Prediktor.
  • Nathan Oliver, EVP Contract (Houston): Nathan’s three-decade-long career in energy will guide TGS’s contract acquisition strategies.
