Evolv Energies: A New Era in Engineering Services
Stakeholders formed Evolv Energies to provide a comprehensive engineering service as global developments accelerate. This new entity focuses on energy transition contracts, encompassing concept technology, pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed design phases of offshore projects.
Evolv Energies will operate in close collaboration with Xodus, who will retain their focus on the strategic consulting aspects, spanning from early project development to operations and maintenance.
Expansion and Recruitment
Evolv Energies is projected to hire 150 new personnel by the end of 2025.
Steve Swindell, CEO of Xodus, emphasized that clients have expressed a need for a new engineering offering within the renewables market to unlock the immense potential of offshore wind.
With nearly 8,000 new wind turbines required in the UK and almost 81,000 globally to achieve 2050 targets, a significant market gap exists.
Evolv Energies is well-positioned to address this gap as countries worldwide increasingly explore energy transition possibilities.
